About Me
Hello everyone! My name is Felicia. I am 32-years-old and I live in Seattle, Washington. I have lived all over King County (which includes Seattle) my entire life. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Sciences at Oregon State University after a nearly 10-year hiatus from higher education. I only have five classes left to complete my degree! This past summer I interned with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and upon completing my degree I will receive a direct hiring authority certificate for the Department of Interior. My ultimate goal is to become a Fish and Wildlife Biologist. Once I graduate, I will be applying to agencies such as the USFWS, the U.S. Geological Survey, the Bureau of Land Management, the National Park Service, and many more.
I have three furbabies, Harper the Miniature Australian Shepherd, Kiki the Torby, and Koko the Calico.
My hobbies include backpacking, mountaineering, snowboarding, and reading. I enjoy backpacking in the summers with my nearly eight-year-old dog, Harper.
During the winters, I love to travel to ski resorts all over the western United States and Canada with my best friend! Here we are in Whistler, B.C.
I found that reading for fun relaxes me after long days of studying. In 2023, I challenged myself to read 50 books and I somehow read 60!
If you need tips on books to read, backpacking spots in Washington, or where to ski, I am your girl!
